Our saunas and cold plunge tubs are expertly crafted for quality and durability. Please allow 4-8 weeks for production and delivery, as each unit is made to order with premium materials and careful craftsmanship. Shipping Policy

✅ Free Shipping in the Continental USA – Please contact us for shipping quotes to Hawaii and Alaska.

✅ Minimum Order for Free Shipping:

• Saunas: $3,500+
• Outdoor Furniture: $2,000+

✅ Business Deliveries: A loading dock or unloading equipment is required for sauna crate deliveries.

✅ Residential Deliveries:

• Oversized Crates (92”+): Customer is responsible for unloading.
• Truck Access: Customers must ensure delivery trucks can access and turn around in their driveway.

✅ Additional Charges: Some remote areas and islands may have extra shipping fees—please contact us for confirmation.

✅ Accessories Shipping: Flat $55 shipping fee for accessory-only orders.

✅ Customs & Claims: Dundalk handles all Customs & Border Crossing requirements. Any claims for missing components or transit damage must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Crate Unloading

Per Dundalk’s shipping terms, the customer is responsible for unloading the crate from the delivery truck.

• For crates 92” or shorter – These can be safely lowered using a liftgate, with assistance from the truck driver and customer.
• For crates longer than 92” – Liftgate service is not available, and customers must arrange one of the following:
  1️⃣ Provide equipment (e.g., forklift) to unload the crate.
  2️⃣ Pick up the crate from the delivery terminal using a trailer.
  3️⃣ Rent a tilt tow truck to pick up the crate from the terminal.

🔹 Need assistance? If the customer cannot arrange unloading, Dundalk can provide a tilt tow truck service for $750, which will be charged to the customer account (Item #: TILTTOW).

Change of Shipping Address

• Before shipment: Address changes are free of charge.
• After shipment: A $250 fee applies, charged to the dealer account (Item #: ADDCHANGE).

Storage Charges

If a sauna arrives at the local delivery terminal and delivery is delayed due to:

• Lack of response from the customer
• Arranging unloading equipment
• Providing an alternate contact number
• Any other reason causing a delay

🚨 Any storage fees charged by the trucking company will be added to the customer account (Item #: STORAGE).

Order Cancellation Policy

1️⃣ Cancel within 14 days of order placement – No penalty.
2️⃣ After 14 days, a $65 cancellation fee applies (Item #: ORDCAN).
3️⃣ Within 7 days of the shipping date, orders cannot be canceled.
4️⃣ Canadian Timber Collection Orders – Dealers have 24 hours to cancel with a $65 fee (Item #: ORDCAN). After 24 hours, cancellations are not allowed.

Order Change Policy

1️⃣ Modify within 14 days of order placement – No penalty.
2️⃣ After 14 days, a $65 change fee applies (Item #: ORDCHA).

• Includes changes such as adding/removing products or options, updating the shipping address, or modifying the shipping method.
  3️⃣ Within 7 days of the shipping date, orders cannot be changed.
  4️⃣ After shipment, address changes will incur a $250 fee (Item #: ADDCHANGE).
  5️⃣ Canadian Timber Collection Orders – Dealers have 24 hours to make changes for a $65 fee (Item #: ORDCHA). After 24 hours, no changes can be made.

Return Policy

🔹 No Returns Accepted – Due to high cross-border return costs, we do not accept returns.
🔹 If a return is approved, the following apply:

• 20% restocking fee
• Dealer/customer covers all return shipping costs
• Product must be returned in original packaging and condition
• Leisurecraft will inspect the product upon return and determine refund eligibility

Customer Refusal to Accept Delivery

🔹 If a customer refuses delivery and the dealer requests Leisurecraft to resell the product, the following apply:

• 15% restocking fee
• Dealer covers all shipping and rerouting costs

For any order changes or cancellations, please contact your Representative with your order number. We strive to accommodate your needs and correct any mistakes on our part—any order change or cancellation fees will be waived in such cases. Please double-check your order confirmation email to prevent issues after the 14-day window.
